It is a creative space that aids those who are seeking for personal growth into the best version of themselves.  Covering the little tips and tricks to being more fit or staying motivated.  We believe that having a large scope of knowledge, insight, and advice helps make the little differences that bring big change in our lives. Ronald Bledow, Professor at Singapore Management University (SMU), drives home the overall idea when he said, ” A positive rate of change in self-efficacy beliefs, rather than a steady state of self-efficacy, indicates self-motivation and is associated with positive motivational consequences.”    Rather than doing nothing a more active self-motivator has more positive consequences.

The emphasis on self-motivation stems from the overall idea that you have to work on yourself to be the best you.  Whether it is sharing tweaks that can be made in daily lives and routines or research on how to increase and improve your motivation which in turn creates a better environment for personal growth to take place.  Self-motivation and personal development are essential to helping yourself.
